I'm excited!!!

I got a new paper collection debuting this winter CHA!! It is called Life in Colors, check out this post at Prima's blog

I hope you all have had a great start for 2009. I know that with the economic crisis and all, life must seem to be tough this year... but I challenge you to have a different perspective.. that despite all the crisis and difficulties, we will have a great year.. a year to grow closer to our family, to be thankful in every little things, to be more generous, to show more compassion to people around us and those who grieve all around the world...

I went to church yesterday and the message was really awesome.. it's about how our perspective should be in this difficult time, how we should know who our God is, what we are in Him and what times we are living in. God is our provider, so that should say a lot in this crisis.

On a lighter note.. I made some cupcakes last week... I have to say that we are not cupcakes fan.. it takes a long time to decorate each one of the cakes, and fondant is just not our thing... but I do love taking pictures of them though :)

And this one, this is the ultimate dessert!! The best one ever and it is so easy to make!! Presenting Tiramisu!!!

I think most of you have known about thedailydigi.com already... but if you haven't, you have to go there and check it out! It's an awesome site started by Janet Phillips... it is great becaus you can go there everyday and find posts that will inspire you and keep you up to date with the happenings in the digi land. New fall kit and another paper stash..

I am amazed by what my CT did with my new kit called Fallin' 4 Fall... In fact I am so amazed that I would highlight their layouts one by one... I just think they deserve that.. the least I can do as my appreciation to them :) I love you my girls!!! :)

This one is done by JoAnn, I have to tell you, this girl is AMAZING... she always amazes me with every single layout that she does, she has a definite style of her own, simple yet striking. And this layout is no exception:
 

Antje did this next layout... I have always been a fan of Antje... and she did awesome job with this layout...I love how she placed the tree and the photos, giving the feeling that Mel's little boy's playing under the tree.. awesome job Antje!
 

I have always loved my girl Susie, she creates beautiful and stunning layouts.. And I love looking at her sweet girl too that almost always adorns her pages... Isn't her little girl so pretty? :)
 

Mel is another one of my favourite scrappers.. I am so blessed to have her in my team... Her layouts are always fun and fresh to look at! Just look at this adorable one here!
 

Teresa was the last addition to the team, and I'm so glad that she wanted to stay..coz just look at her layouts.. they are gorgeous and full of her beautiful daughters! And she is a wonderful girl too!
 

Cynthia has done an awesome job with her layout here, I love how she centered the photo and added the clusters of elements around it.. and the addition of the bird and branch at the corner of the page totally made the page a plus!
 

This cute page was created by Stephanie.. I love her designs here, the placement of the photo and elements around the sweet photo her little boy. Simple yet striking!
 

Lilja is our guest CT for this month.. and she has created 2 stunning layoust using the kit... Her designs and her use of shadows are simply amazing! She also used a little magic to further add magic to her layouts.
 

 

Chantal is also our guest CT for this month! She also has an amazing style of her own.. just look at her layouts below!!
 

 

And now look at these two layouts that Chantal's daughters have created... Aren't they amazing little scrappers? They sure have the eyes and skills of their mother!

Finally, as promised, I found more paper stash to give away... but be warned though, these papers were created more than a year ago, so it might not be the perfect samples of my designs now... However I hope you still can find good use for this...

Usually when I design.. I got some left over papers that I thought would not work well with the rest of the papers... so I thought why not give these away... maybe it would be useful for some people... so there you go.. more free stuff for you, and here is the first pack:
